Steele Subaru has an immediate requirement for a Warranty Administrator. In this role you will be supporting the service department with administration relating to internal work orders and warranty claims.
Responsibilities will include:
Processing internal repair orders for the sales department.
Supporting the administrative process for warranty claims.
Ensuring that paperwork for repair orders flows through the shop in an orderly and productive manner.
Flag selected Repair Orders for Shop Foreman to inspect for quality workmanship.
Coordinating special order parts requirements with Parts Department.
Customer follow-up, including scheduling and confirming appointments as required.
