In September 2026, we hosted the NBCC Automotive Technician Class of 2026/2027 at our store for the 2nd year running. This year, the students got the opportunity to meet our team and hear first hand from seasoned Technicians, Apprentices, Service Advisors, Parts Advisors and General Manager.

We had stations set up with quizzes on identifying mechanical parts, diagnosing tire wear, setting promise times, proper professional conduct, plus handing out Honda swag.

We donated a fully stocked toolbox to one lucky student. At the end of the program, instructors nominate three students for consideration and we then interview each candidate. We will be selecting a new winner in Spring 2027, based on attendance, attitude, and academic performance.

Stephan Splinter, Red Seal Automotive Technician, was the primary organizer of this visit and deserves majority of credit, although, this was a team effort.
