There’s something special about Friday night football in Texas. When the lights come on, it’s about more than the game on the field. Students fill the stands, families reconnect, local businesses show their support, and generations of alumni come together wearing the same colors. For a few hours under the Friday night lights, an entire community comes together as one.

This season, Steele GMC Round Rock is proud to support the Stony Point Tigers Football program and Booster Club, a partnership that represents much more than football.

High school athletics create an environment where young people learn lessons that stay with them long after the final whistle: discipline, resilience, accountability, teamwork and leadership. Behind those athletes are coaches, parents, teachers, volunteers and Booster Club members investing their own time and energy to give students the opportunity to succeed.

Recently, we welcomed members of the Stony Point Tigers to the dealership. Seeing our showroom filled with student-athletes was a great reminder of why community partnerships matter.

Community isn’t simply where we do business. It’s something we participate in.

That means being present for the moments that bring people together, supporting organizations that make a difference and investing in the next generation. It’s about giving back in meaningful ways and helping the people and programs at the heart of our communities thrive.

For Steele GMC Round Rock, we’re excited to have found one of those opportunities with Stony Point. On Friday nights, when the lights come on and the community fills the stands, we’ll be proud to be there with them.

Go Tigers!
