It was an exciting few days in Fredericton as the teams at Steele GMC Buick Fredericton and Steele Hyundai Fredericton officially launched our new Solera CRM!

Our sales and management teams spent three full days training, learning, practicing, and getting comfortable with the new system. Change isn’t always easy, but I couldn’t be prouder of how both teams jumped in, asked questions, supported each other, and embraced the change. 

Solera is going to give our teams incredible tools to improve our follow-up, book more appointments, better manage our opportunities, reconnect with previous customers, and ultimately provide an even better experience for our customers. 

What makes this launch even more exciting is that these two teams are helping lay the foundation for the rest of Steele Auto Group. What we learn, the feedback we provide, and the best practices we build in Fredericton will help make each future rollout even stronger. 

And this is just the beginning! 

Over the next few weeks, we’ll continue practicing, learning, and building great habits. Before long, these teams will be masters of the system and seeing the results of all the work they’ve put in. A huge thank you to everyone at Steele GMC Buick and Steele Hyundai Fredericton for the effort and energy you brought to the launch. I’m incredibly proud of these teams and even more excited to see them helping lead the way for what’s ahead across Steele Auto Group!
